Triple Dry Hopped Hazy Pale with Strata, Amarillo, and Rakau

a hazy pale brewed in collaboration with Crosby Hop Farms and KEX Brewing from Reykjavik for this year’s Craft Brewers Conference in Denver. this beer got over 5 lbs per bbl of dry hops, in 3 separate additions to maximize the biotransformations of non-aromatic glycosides into intense, tropical terpenes. it combines the grist bill of Popularity Contest with the kettle hops for Lunch Break and the Strata/NZ combo that we use in the dry hop on Smashbang. this dry hop is 7:2 Strata to Rakau; it’s hop saturated with an intense Southern Hemisphere character, some classic hop flavor from the Amarillo, and a soft mouthfeel from the water, TG, and Vienna and Wheat.
