Kids These Haze
ArchivedOriginally designed as part of a project at Lewis & Clark College in a course taught by our brewmaster, Kids These Haze is a beery tribute to the soft and aromatic IPAs that have taken the beer world by storm.
We’re not kidding when we say that this beer was inspired by a new generation of brewers– the students in this class were tender, young at ages 22 and 23. How could they know how to put together the skeleton of a great beer? Good ques- tion– they may be young, but they’re also the first cohort of new brewers to have grown up with great craft beer, and they know what they like: juicy, tropical, and punchy hops. In this case, we’ve paired together a crowd pleaser like Mosaic with Amarillo that screams of orange sherbert and pineapple-drenched Eldorado hops.
Brewed in small batches and released in limited quantity just for three months of the year, this beer will be extremely fresh until it quickly disappears.
