Game Time

Fall is coming soon, but we still have a few weeks of sunny days and clear skies ahead hear in the PNW. To finish the summer and usher in the cooler season ahead, we present Game Time, an easy-drinking  4.5% American Pilsner with distinctive hop character and clean bitterness.

We wanted to put together a full flavored, bright golden lager that suited the climate of the Pacific coast. Imagine the beer you’d want to drink if Oktoberfest were held in Cannon Beach rather than Munich. We combined the light body, dry finish, and bitterness of a Pilsner with some of the malt flavors of a modern German festbier: a liberal dose of sweet and toasty Vienna malt lays the foundation, which we cut with crackery extra pale pilsner malt. Persistent hopping with a mix of German and Northwest varietals gives this beer a refined finishing bitterness that makes you want to take another drink.

Enjoy this beer after a visit to the hop fields or a corn maze, around the last fire on the last patio nights of the summer, and of course, while rooting for your teams of choice. Go Beavs! Go Ducks! Go Breakside!
