Dekum – Little Biscuit

A cocktail inspired by the flavors of a classic Christmas time cookie from New Mexico, the bizcochito. Vanilla infused vodka, spiced simple syrup, Saler’s Gentian Liqueur and Dry Vermouth served over a big cube and garnished with an orange slice and anise powder.

Slabtown – Fireside Sour

The Fireside Sour is a warm and inviting cocktail that captures the essence of cozy winter nights by the fireplace. This drink features a smooth blend of whiskey and Almond, providing a robust base that complements the tartness of the pure cranberry and fresh lemon juice. Makers Mark, Disaronno, pure cranberry, lemon, house-made ginger snap syrup(cold pressed ginger root, allspice, cinnamon, & agave), fee foam bitters. Shaken and served up in a coupe glass.
