What’s on it…
Beer-braised caramelized onions, shredded lettuce, roasted garlic & jalapeño mayo, provolone, bacon powder, and balsamic reduction on a classic hamburger bun. The veggie burger option is an Impossible Burger with no bacon powder.

Built for the hop heads and malt nerds, this burger pays tribute to our favorite pairing: bold brews and big flavor. We braised the onions in beer because water is boring, hit it with roasted garlic-jalapeño mayo and bacon powder for extra umami punch and tied it all together with a balsamic reduction – because balance matters (even when you’re buzzed). Grab a pint, get weird.

Breakside Dekum : Livin’ La Enchilada Loca

What’s on it…
A local beef patty blended with pickled jalapeños, enchilada sauce, cilantro, onions, and crushed tortilla chips for that rich toasted corn flavor. Grilled and blanketed in melted Oaxaca cheese, drenched in smoky red enchilada sauce, and topped with shredded cabbage and a cool drizzle of Mexican sour cream. (We can substitute a vegetarian black bean patty.)
