We’ve waited all year, and it’s finally here. Portland Mercury’s Wing Week is back, and it’s about to make every other wing week you’ve ever experienced pale in comparison. That’s right: from Monday, September 21 to Sunday, September 27, the Mercury’s Wing Week returns with one-of-a-kind chicken wings available at more than 100 (!!) of Portland’s finest bars and restaurants. And even better? Each order of six wings will cost you $10.

Beer-brined wings fried crisp and lacquered in our house-made Dragon Sauce spiked with garlic, ginger and chiles. Finished with toasted sesame seeds and green onions. Sticky, sweet and savory…until the Thai Dragon chile fire is unleashed. Dracarys!!

Every Wing Week needs a dragon. We wanted a wing worthy of House Targaryen. Bold enough to claim the throne and fiery enough to defend it. Our house-made Dragon Sauce draws you in with sweet-savory flavor before the Thai Dragon chile heat begins to breathe fire. When the dragon lands, all must choose: another wing or another pint.
