Archived#Distantfriends#DistantMemoriesisthethirdrelease in our #friends series of mixed fermentation raspberry beers. Every couple of years our brewing team creates a beer from our wood cellar that is meant to spotlight Oregon raspberries. This vintage is richer than previous iterations with a mellower yeast profile and balanced acidity and oak. The beer was aged on over a pound per gallon of fresh berries.
