Safe Word Triple IPA
SAFE WORD IS BACK. For the first time since 2019, our award-winning triple IPA returns to take on all comers. Dry hopped at over 12 lbs per barrel and using 10 different forms of some of our favorite hops, Safe Word is brewed to prove a point. We are hop lovers with a deeply masochistic streak, and making this beer is an exercise in unadulterated maximalism. We ply every technique we have into this beer, to make it stand shoulder to shoulder with the best high octane hoppy beers in the world. Even so, this beer is short for the world: find it and drink it fresh; it won’t wait around for you.
Safe Word will push you to the limit of how much hop and ABV you can handle, but we think you’ll like it enough to keep coming back. Tropical, unapologetically dank and loud, stanky, musky, bitter, and hard to refuse. Just know when to say stop.
