Tall Guy IPA
After a long absence, the Tall Guy is back! We are thrilled to release our gold-medal winning IPA in, appropriately, 19.2 oz tallboy cans to kick off 2026! Tall Guy IPA is an ode to the Citra hop. Citra is one of our absolute favorite varietals to use: it has soft tropical notes, clean orange, a touch of juicy fruit, and faint notes of lavender, corian- der, and Fruity Pebbles. We layer in small amounts of Strata, Amarillo, and Cashmere for depth, added orange intensity, and some Hawaiian Punch-like vibes!
Every fall our brewers travel to Yakima to select specific lots of hops for the upcoming brew year. We seek out lots that really showcase the hop’s maximum flavor and impact, and for the past three harvests, we have selected Citra from Wyckoff Farms in Grandview, WA. We think that they grow some of the most aromatic and pretty Citra on the planet, and we are eager to give this lot the spotlight that it deserves!
