This new beer is born from nostalgia. Bug juice at camp, agua fresca at your favorite taqueria, popsicles and otter pops melting in the late July sun. We’ve chased those memories into this new seasonal sparkler, and it is a banger. The simple combo of watermelon, cucumber, and lime brings together flavors that are refreshing, acidic, and fruit-forward.
We start by hand-peeling and pureeing cucumbers and conditioning a low-calorie lager on them. We add in some freshly-pressed lime and watermelon juice along the way, and zhuzh up the fruit with a little top note of watermelon terpene from our friends at Abstrax.
It’s straightforward-but-layered with flavor, balanced between sweet fruit, bright citrus, and light notes of cucumber water. Watermelon Cucumber Lime aims for pure, unadulterated pleasure: have one, and carefree summer break vibes are guaranteed.
